This policy explains what information drapesinc.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
This website is run by Drapes Digital Inc. (Ontario, Canada) and Drapes Digital Limited (Ghana), together “Drapes”, “we” or “us”. You can reach us at hello@drapesinc.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill in our inquiry, project or Join Us forms, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, company, email, phone number and message. These forms are run by Tally (tally.so).
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you ask to be notified about our newsletter, we keep your email address.
- Payments. If you pay an invoice through Paystack or Interac e-Transfer, the payment provider handles your payment details. We only receive confirmation of the payment.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to prepare and deliver the work you ask for, to send invoices and receipts, to tell you about our newsletter if you signed up, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run Drapes, such as our website host, form provider, email provider and payment providers, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as we work together and for as long as we need it for our records, tax and legal duties. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Email hello@drapesinc.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page.
